SIFT Personal Training® offers customized Personal Training programs in a small group setting for a fraction of the cost of most other personal trainers. Each small group includes up to four SIFT members each performing their own prescribed workout program supervised by a Personal Trainer. Read what members have said!
Because every individual is unique and has different fitness goals, SIFT Personal Training® creates a unique program for your needs. To do this, there are two one-hour initial consultations with a Personal Trainer included in all memberships. During the Fitness Assessment we review your medical history, family medical history, and discuss your health and fitness goals, as ,well as evaluate your current fitness levels. Following the Fitness Assessment there is a private one-on-one orientation and workout session based on your evaluation results.
We have found our clients achieve their health and weight goals when exercising minimum of 5 days per week The U.S. Surgeon General guidelines call for at least 30 minutes a day of moderate physical activity on most, if not all days of the week Additional SIFT Programs.
Gold Package
Membership Includes your choice of 2 or 3 training sessions per week. 6 month minimum contract, billed monthly.
Silver Package:
Membership includes 12 sessions paid in advance and must be used within 2 months.
