The SIFT Way® Stretch Training

Following your trainer, you will perform a full body stretch designed to improve flexibility and relax the muscles that you have just worked. Flexibility is the range of motion that is available to a joint or joints.

  • Stretching reduces the chance of injury in every day activities and sports.
